A Lower East Side institution for fast, inexpensive dumplings and sesame-pancake sandwiches. Counter service, high volume, and budget-friendly. The fried pork-and-chive dumplings are the move. It has grown into a small NYC group, but the Eldridge Street original is the one to know.
